John Edwards, M.D.
Dr. John R. Edwards joined the Utah Neurological Clinic Staff in 2015. He has experience in all aspects of general neurosurgery, including brain tumors, head trauma, and surgical spine treatment; and specializes in scoliosis and spinal deformity, minimally invasive spine procedures, cervical disc replacement, and sacroiliac joint fusion.
Dr. Edwards was born and raised in Utah Valley. He graduated from Provo High School and Brigham Young University, where he majored in microbiology. He attended medical school at the University of Iowa. Dr. Edwards is committed to providing every patient with the safest and most effective medical care available, treating them with respect and compassion, and making himself available for their follow-up needs. He lives in Provo with his wife, Marie, and three sons. They enjoy hiking, skiing, and golfing together, and are thrilled to be back in Utah Valley.
Chad Farley, M.D.
Chad W. Farley, MD is a practicing Neurosurgeon in Payson, UT. Dr. Farley graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in 2007 and has been in practice for 10 years. He completed a residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He currently practices at Rock Creek Neurosurgery and is affiliated with Mountain View Hospital and Timpanogos Regional Hospital. Dr. Farley also practices at Rock Creek Neurosurgery in American Fork, UT.
Dr. Farley’s areas of expertise include – tumors, head trauma, brain hemorrhage, stereotactic- image-guided brain and spinal surgery, hydrocephalus, minimally invasive spine surgery, including spinal fusion, decompression, and discectomy; spine surgery for deformity correction in adults, scoliosis, and image-guided neurosurgery.
